1. Charge it fully π
Plug it into a USB-C charger before first use until the light shows full charge.
2. Place it on a firm seat πͺ
Put the trainer on a chair, sofa or car seat (when parked). Use it over your clothes or underwear.
3. Sit correctly
Sit so the trainer rests between your legs, under the area between the scrotum and the back passage. Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor and your body relaxed.
4. Switch on and choose a mode βοΈ
Press the power button. Start with the lowest mode or intensity for the first week.
5. Follow the rhythm πͺπΎ
As the device pulses, gently squeeze your pelvic floor muscles (the ones you use to stop urinating midstream), hold for 3β5 seconds, then relax fully. Keep breathing normally, and donβt tighten your stomach, thighs or buttocks.
6. Train for 10β15 minutes β±οΈ
One session a day is enough, for example in the evening while watching TV or reading.
7. Increase gradually π
After 1β2 weeks, move up to a stronger mode once the current one feels easy.
8. Clean and store π§Ό
Wipe it with a clean, damp cloth after use and store it in a dry place.
π¬ I purchased this for my husband, and we’re both happy with our experience. He was initially unsure about trying a pelvic floor trainer, but he soon found it straightforward and easy to use. After incorporating it into his daily routine, I’ve noticed that he feels more confident and positive about his personal wellness. We’re glad we discovered PelviBeat Pro, and it has been a worthwhile addition to his routine!
